Vietnam's culinary map is divided into three different areas - northern, central and southern. In the northern part, the salty taste is dominated by soy and oyster sauce. In the central part you usually spice with lemongrass, turmeric and curry leaves as the dry climate complicates the cultivation of vegetables. In the tropical south, there has traditionally been a trend towards more sweet dishes and fish sauce as an important ingredient. We are from the central and southern part of Vietnam. What distinguishes Vietnamese food is precisely the difference between the food depending on where in the country you are located. We believe that our difference enriches our cooking and the business concept was developed in the light of this.
