Restaurant Nooitgedagt is located in one of the oldest and best preserved warehouses in Harlingen. The building dates from 1647. Since 2003, our restaurant has been located in this beautiful building in the center of the Wadden city of Harlingen. Delicious coffee, a hearty lunch, cheese board in the afternoon & a good dinner in the evening. The pillars of our kitchen are cooking with the seasons and products from Friesland. (short chain) Clear, traditional dishes, especially “real food”. We work together with the farmers of the Hoarne region, the area between Harlingen and Tzumerum on the Wadden Sea. The kitchen is run by chefs Pascal and Sander, together they devise and develop all recipes. Our service-oriented team, consisting of all ages, shapes and sizes, is led by Marie, Sytske & Judith.
