If you visit the city of Matanzas, only 35 minutes away from Varadero, you should try the Bistro Kuba Cafe. From the outside you dont realize it is such a nice place, and it was so hot in Cuba that when you got in it felt like Paradise with its A/C. Outstanding decoration, pretty modern for Cuba and the Caribbean, incredible service, fast and gentle, peaceful atmosphere, exquisite drinks and snacks, everything to make come back the next night because you heard there would be some musicians playing live inside.
