Our "epic" began in 1977 as a shepherd in the south west of France and in the Alps during transhumance, after a school of agriculture in Angers (Loire Valley), the discovery of France continued in the farms of the different regions. Founded in 2010 by Chantal and Pierre Avon Maitre Fromager, La Cave à Fromages is a gastronomic space offering original products of tradition. 160 kinds of artisan cheeses, raw milk and farmers. An assortment of artisan dry meats from various regions. An original selection of organic breads (nuts, rye, countryside, rye, squash, sesame, spelled, cereal). A range of 100 French wines, from small producers to grand cru and 40 wines by the glass is offered.
