Bar Atomic is considered to be one of the oldest wine bars in Morocco, having been established in the 1920s. The bar is very much a family affair, owned by Moroccan businessman Roudani Abdellah Machal and is now overseen by his two sons Khalid and Youssef. The family’s employees include the bar staff, many of whom have been with them for years under the caring management of the brothers who bring a fresh touch to the atmosphere and ensures the customers are well looked after
