Chilli Øst is inspired by the fusion of Spanish cuisine and Norwegian traditional food with a focus on ecological and local ingredients. Chilli Øst opened its doors in February 2019 but carries with it many years of experience from Hollberg Hotel where we used to be situated. We deliver catering services around the greater Bergen area, and we have many years of experience hosting private events, Christmas parties, confirmations and company parties. We can offer catering of tapas for weddings and other events with up to 300 guests.
