La Perla Seafood Restaurant is a seafood restaurant that has been operating for 19 years. Igor Melzer, a St. Petersburg restaurateur and founder of the St. Petersburg-based Khali Gali cult club, opened the Matrosskaya Tishina restaurant in 1999. Since 2014, the institution is called La Perla Restaurant, but at the same time it is also heading for French gastronomy and is famous for its large selection of seafood.
