This is how Semsom is spreading the Lebanese way of life! The way we see it. The traditional aspect of our menu is mainly through the revival of old recipes from different Lebanese villages. Like the tabbouleh with lentils, kebbeh from Jezzine or Maakroun from Douma. The modern aspect of our menu is through creating our signature dishes, like the different hommos, the different osmalieh and the ghazel bel wared, among many others.
