The restaurant rheingold welcomes you in the traditional textile district of Augsburg and invites you there with its culinary offer to relax and linger. The team renovated the Art Nouveau house, which was built around the turn of the century, on its own initiative, with the aim of maintaining the classic architectural elements and at the same time adding a modern touch. For this purpose, wooden paneling and cladding were removed from the ceiling and walls, cast-iron columns that remind of the Wilhelminian era were uncovered, and the bar was designed like a ship's bow. The rheingold will set sail from Tuesday to Sunday - there is a large selection of culinary delights on board, breakfast from Friday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., warm cuisine from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. (Sunday to 10:00 p.m.) Wines and a varied daily menu. The motto here: international and always homemade! In addition to traditional Tamil dishes such as Sri Lankan Rolls or curries, fine Italian dishes and Bavarian-Swabian classics such as roast onions or Kässpatzen are served on the table. In an extraordinary ambience and pleasant atmosphere, the restaurant offers you a stylish interior and a sunny beer garden, as well as the opportunity to hold events and private celebrations in the adjoining room.
