The restaurant, which opened in March 1997, is located in the middle of the Schönfeld highlands and was created in this traditional building after complete gastronomic abstinence. The tradition of this building goes back to the 16th century, since then not only beer has been served here, but above all it has been brewed. Schönfeld was known for his brewery and all residents of the surrounding area were required to purchase their beer from the owner of the Schönfeld estate.
