Our pizzas have been a little different ever since. The recipe for baking was entrusted to us by Mr. Cesare from Jesolo, Italy. The pizzas have been unchanged since 1993, prepared according to his recipe. We bake them in molds, and the dough is previously risen for at least 26 hours. We also offer large pizzas, which are prepared in the classic way. We also offer gluten-free pizzas made from Schär Mix B flour, for which you have to wait at least half an hour when ordering, due to the longer dough preparation process. In 2013, we moved to larger premises at the same location, where we offer daily snacks, lunches, a wide range of pizzas and dishes made to order - cold and warm appetizers, soups, meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes, gnocchi, salads, various side dishes and a wide selection of desserts. We also accept groups of up to 50 people by prior arrangement.
