Suesey Street welcomed our very own in house celebrity, John Healy, to the team in October 2015. Having commanded the dining rooms of some of the greatest restaurants in New York, London and Paris, John’s experience (and charisma) is second to none. A familiar face as the Maitre d’ on TV3’s The Restaurant, we consider ourselves very lucky to have him join the Suesey Street family. In his own words, John has described Suesey Street as a “stylish, upmarket bistro with a focus on quality, value and service.”
