This is the Mondodoro world Let us take you back to a time when things moved slowly, when people enjoyed eating and company more fully.˜ To serve dishes that are healthy and easily digestible on top of being tasty, we choose our ingredients day after day according to availability; we research the most suitable cooking method for each raw material and we reinterpret local traditions, making them our own. We chose to only serve ionised water and genuine wines produced while respecting the environment. We do not use tablecloths for the sake of appearance and ecology. Our world is set in a corner of Verona, in a central location yet off the beaten track. An intimate place where you can enjoy refined healthy dishes paired off with natural wine.
