SzAMMa Dom Polskiego Wina is an original restaurant of two friends from Gliwice Marcin and Mirek, paying tribute to Poland, Polish products and people who create them through served dishes. Since 2015, our kitchen has been based on products from Polish and around the world searched for and verified by chefs.With the help of Mr. Roman Father Marcin, we run a farm in Ciścu-Beskid Żywiecki where we walk vegetables, fruits and herbs for the needs of the restaurant. We serve alcoholic beverages only Polish Wines, craft Gliwice Brewery, real Polish Ciders.We have created a cultural and social institution House of Polish Wine which aims to promote our cultural heritage of Polish Winemaking, as part of which we publish the Wine Bulletin free of charge every two months.We cooperate with many small Polish companies promoting their amazing, natural and healthy products. We actively cooperate (partnership agreement) with the Vocational and Continuing Education Center No. 1 in Gliwice.We are a sincere restaurant serving simple dishes based on the best products. Working in the kitchen is our passion thanks to which we have the opportunity to distribute happiness to guests visiting our restaurant. We are fascinated by sensory and emotions and in this direction we want our culinary path to follow.
