Inside is a labyrinth of rough stone wall cellars, flickering candles, linen table cloths and Bute tweed upholstery. It offers a menu of exciting interpretations of modern and traditional Scottish cuisine. There is an extensive wine list with something to suit all budgets, Scottish beers from the Orkney Brewery, and an eclectic selection of malt whiskies. Private dining is also available. The new gin and wine bar upstairs is well worth a visit for a pre or after dinner drink and lunchtime meals.
