The Restaurant was opened in 2002 and was awarded its first Michelin star the following year. In the past decade, the Restaurant has gained two Michelin stars, 5 Rosettes from the AA and 9 out of 10 in the good food guide. Sat is proud of his Midlands roots and has long championed the use of quality local produce on his menus. He has made numerous TV appearances including MasterChef, UKTV Market Kitchen, BBC great British Menu and BBC Saturday Kitchen.
