The author of the menu is Andrey Shmakov, the brand chef of Metropol and the restaurant SAVVA. No4 offers dishes of Russian and European cuisine. The menu includes baked sturgeon, braised calf cheek with creamy polenta and grilled corn, perch cutlets with mashed potatoes and porcini mushrooms, deer stew with chickpeas. The restaurant has a gastronomic “Russian set” - five meals served with traditional homemade alcoholic beverages - mead and horseradish.
