The history of the name of the Club House originates in the old Yekaterinburg. It was then, at the beginning of the last century, st. Khokhryakova was called Tikhvin. Thus, the name “Tikhvin” appeared, denoting an inseparable connection between history and modernity. The first stage of the Club House was built in 2005. Today “Tikhvin” is the only architectural ensemble of three residential buildings in the city, which combines elite residential apartments and a developed infrastructure of leisure and comfortable living.
