We at Elma believe in cooking from the ground up, where we process the highest quality ingredients into a real meal on your plate. With raw material and quality in the main focus, environment and sustainability naturally fall into place. We primarily select raw materials from Sweden. Should it not be financially viable or present in the Swedish supply, we go out in Europe though never longer than that.
