Window-side tables and stuffed armchairs inside; tables outside. Read, relax, no rush. This is an intentionally low-key place. Take out a book (if you have forgotten yours there are many in the bookcase towards the back of the cafe) or brochure (many placed along the wall) and acquaint yourself with the posters - tacked up just as you come in -- of upcoming cultural events in the Geneva area. It is almost the feeling that you are in a friend's salon, or a university lounge. And enjoy nursing that large cup of café renversé. In terms of parking...... not easy to find an open space on weekends close by the cafe, but along the quay some (free) spaces open up if you arrive before 1000 am, particularly near the hotel Wilson. Otherwise there are several parking garages not too far away.
