We invite you to enjoy good food and drinks next to the hill regardless of the season or just over a cup of coffee. Our restaurant likes to cook all food from scratch with as much Swedish and local ingredients as possible, this is a good reflection of our food philosophy. We are about 20 employees who work together for you as a guest with the goal of delivering first class food and service. Our couple of restaurateurs Pär Johansson Jonsing and Moa Jonsing run the Bergshotellet restaurant. The couple also manage Växbo Kvarn in southern Hälsingland and are spending their final year with Växbo Krog in 2022. After that, our restaurateur will work exclusively with the operation of bergshotellet.
