In Morgana you will travel to Galicia without leaving the capital. A project with two managers: Augusto Alvarez and Miguel F. Vidal. Miguel in the kitchen has extensive experience in different restaurants in his land and in other countries. Avant-garde Galician cuisine and sifted through Asia, Mexico or Peru, with quality product. 3 years after opening, it seems natural for us to continue growing, and not only with a new location, but also in concept, brand and level of the restaurant. Miguel F. Vidal: "I would define Morgana's cuisine as a traveling cuisine with a Galician soul" Based on the Galician product, with exotic flavors, from Asian and Latin American cuisine.
