In Morgana you will travel to Galicia without leaving the capital. A project with two managers: Augusto Alvarez and Miguel F. Vidal. Miguel in the kitchen has extensive experience in different restaurants in his land and in other countries. Avant-garde Galician cuisine and sifted through Asia, Mexico or Peru, with quality product. 3 years after opening, it seems natural for us to continue growing, and not only with a new location, but also in concept, brand and level of the restaurant.
