Handmade gelay noodles. Founder Carlos Alberto Gelai started in the field of gastronomy at the age of 16, with the knowledge gained in important Italian restaurants, he decided to start a fresh pasta factory in his country combining excellent craft noodles with outstanding customer service and attention. . In 1972, she opened her first site in Acassuso, a pioneer in combining new noodle dishes and home delivery, with six branches so far. Today Federico Gelay continues that, while maintaining the same concept of bringing the most varied craft noodle to your table.
