It's early morning deep in italy's rural heartland. The Forno family go about the daily ritual of preparing their crops for harvest. The men folk whilst busying them selves with caring for their crops, are keen to finish, knowing the women folk back home are busy too preparing traditional Italian feast. Using recipes handed down from many generations, the women gathre wood and fire up the traditional clay bake oven. On simple wooden pizza boards, the freshly prepared pizzas are placed inside the hot, glowing oven. Moments later out come freshly baked pizzas, sizzling and dripping with liquid cheese. they are placed on a dark oak wooden table surrounded by freshly drained pasta, thinlysliced pepperoni, the freshest of vegetables and a bowl of the finest grated Parmesan cheese
