We are a small eatery in the outskirts of Doetinchem on the edge of the woods of the Slangenburg and serve specialties from the Alpine countries. Although most dishes come from here, it is not typically Austrian or Swiss. We also have dishes from Italy, France and Germany. Typical of what we have on the map is simplicity. “Alpenspeisen” are very pure, without frills and mostly “Hausgemacht”.
