"Oliva" means a tasty food, Mediterranean flavours, balanced and healthy lifestyle. The atmosphere of the restaurant creates an extraordinary wealth of fragrances and flavours remembered from trips to Southern Europe. It was created from a desire to recreate the smell of sun-warmed golden olive oil and a taste of fine wine. Every dish is prepared based on recipes of Mediterranean and Polish cuisine, with a pinch of the Oliva's character. You will find here the best value and taste of extra virgin olive oils from Italy, Spain and Greece. Our steaks are one of the 'specialties de la Maison of the restaurant' - they are always of the highest quality and perfectly cooked. We prepare all pasta ourselves using Calabrian semolina durum and free-range eggs from regional suppliers. In the East countries offering delicacies of halvah is a symbol of respect and a wish of happiness for the guests. At Oliva halvah is served as ice cream with a salt flower and aromatised orange olive oil.
