Known in the past as the Madrigal Restaurant, the new Modigliani Restaurant has all the ingredients of an authentic Italian restaurant: exquisite delights masterfully prepared by Cristian Marino, our Italian Executive Chef, with original ingredients, accompanied by wines from the famous Italian vineyards. The intimate atmosphere created by the candles and the classical decor with reproductions of famous paintings by Amedeo Modigliani make this restaurant the perfect place for a romantic evening or a business dinner with an authentic Italian flavour. At the Modigliani, dinner begins with an appetizing selection of Antipasti followed by aromatic soups. If you are passionate about pasta you can choose Spaghetti alle Vongole with fresh parsley or one of the chef's recommendations, Filletto Rossini or Ossobuco di vitello. Those who are fans of grills will find here a wide variety, from the Romanian pork Tomahawk chops to the famous Argentinean beef.
