About Eatery is an Italian restaurant and Natural wine bar serving organic and sustainable produce driven product. We believe in serving locally grown, seasonal food under the farm to table concept. Our ingredients are sourced throughout Thailand. We work closely with the small farmers who, like the restaurant, strive for both environmental harmony and delicious flavor. Our restaurant features natural wines. Like the food, our wines are from small artisan growers who make wine with integrity and respect for the land. Their approach in the vineyard is sustainable, organic and biodynamic. Minimal intervention is the cornerstone of their wine-making philosophy. Our aim is to select the wines with personality - wines that convey sense of place and time and give the best experience for our customers through these hand crafted wines.
