Makkila is a great family that was founded back in 2010. At that time, we opened our doors in a small place located in Diego de Leon, to offer a cuisine adapted to times of crisis. Ten years later, following the same gastronomic principles and with a team that does not stop reinventing itself, we have become a food house whose objective is the pleasure of food and the environment. In our menu you will continue to find the classic little curdled omelette with caramelized onion, which melts in your mouth with the first bite, as well as the mythical Russian salad or sirloin skewers. Dishes with local ingredients and prepared by a team of professionals who work with love for service, customer care and with extreme care of the recipes. However, we are in another stage of change. Now, our dishes are oriented towards haute cuisine and influenced by different places, although following that traditional base. We have become a modern eating house, more adapted to our clients.
