Keshk Menu is manly focused on Mediterranean cuisine with evident inspirations from several cultures such as Egyptian, Greek, Turkish, Eggplant, lettuce, squash, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, okra, cucumbers, and a variety of greens are served fresh, baked, roasted, sautéed, grilled, and puréed makes every dish sunny, juicy, colorful but most important healthy. The main courses focus on delicately charcoal grilled meats and fish.
