For more than 60 years Chez Jacques restaurant has been a staple of the Sainte Catherine district (Brussels). Originally it was a bistro that welcomed the deliverymen and merchants of the fish market from 3 o'clock in the morning. The place was always full. They ate pistols and croissants with coffee. From 11am, the place was transformed into a restaurant with fresh fish of the day.
