Schnitzels are a traditional favorite dish in the German & Austrian cuisine. It is made of tender meat cuts, pounded until it is thin (creating an escalope), then coated in golden breadcrumbs. Here, we freshly cook our Schnitzels using an age-old technique, we then add house-made fresh toppings to capture the international flavor you like, and there you have: a one-of-a-kind Schnitzel experience. A common type of Schnitzel in Austria is “Wiener Schnitzel” made from veal and it dates to at least 1862. In Germany, schnitzel can be a term of endearment, as in “I adore you, my little schnitzel
