We quickly realized that there is a great need for healthy, cooked food, and our business has grown so much that we have 28 - 30 dishes available daily. Our Sunday cooked meals grew from 50 plates to a record of 485 plates a day, in July 2012. Meanwhile, the sandwich plates have grown to a large variety of plate and finger dishes. We are now doing catering for big and small functions, weddings etc. right over Pretroia.
