Spices, ingredients and food strength vary greatly depending on which region of India you are visiting. Here we want to show you some of the exciting flavors and variations the country has to offer. We work with good raw materials, selected with care, and also produce most of our spice blends by roasting, grinding and blending them to achieve the desired character that should characterize the authentic Indian food we serve.
