The menu is focused on authentic Italian cuisine with the freshest ingredients and captures many of the award winning flavors from New York. Featured menu favorites include the Astice with poached lobster, burrata cheese, pickled eggplant, tomato and basil and the Fusilli with red-wine braised octopus and bone-marrow. The Fusilli is one of seven Chef White signature handmade pastas to choose from.
