Morini brings the unique New York dining experience to Istanbul, Turkey. Chef Michael White and the Altamarea Group, the widely acclaimed New York based restaurant and hospitality company, debut Morini in the newly developed Zorlu Center. Morini is an ideal spot to come together with friends, linger with a cocktail, enjoy a break from shopping or host a dinner party. The menu is focused on authentic Italian cuisine with the freshest ingredients and captures many of the award winning flavors from New York. Featured menu favorites include the Astice with poached lobster, burrata cheese, pickled eggplant, tomato and basil and the Fusilli with red-wine braised octopus and bone-marrow. The Fusilli is one of seven Chef White signature handmade pastas to choose from. Morini’s menu also offers a robust selection of fresh salads, tempting Antipasti and a range of meat and seafood entrees.
