Özsüt's 80-year-old sweet adventure begins with Sefer Usta, who brings together the secrets of flavor he learned from a sweet master who works in the Palace kitchen. Özsüt's second shop opened in Izmir, Alsancak in 1991. Özsüt, who was transferred to the franchise system in 1996, increased the number of its branches from 6 to over 50 in 2002 and over 180 nowadays. Ozsut, which is located in 46 provinces in Turkey, accelerated its foreign operations after the investment made by Infinity Holding in 2014 and increased the number of branches in Azerbaijan to 3.
