KEBAP / RESTORANT The story of the Haci Bozan Sons began in Urfa in 1948. Grandfather Bozan who started as an apprentice next to a baker opens his own oven when the members of his family begin to increase in numbers and thus burn the uncharacteristic taste of fire. Mehmet Emin Bozanoğlu has also stepped into this profession at a very young age and he opens his own ovens in Urfa in the years that followed his father. Mehmet Emin Bozanoğlu started to sell and trade Şanlıurfa's famous Isot Pepper to Ankara, Izmir and Istanbul. In 1958, with the intention of selling isot and visiting his colleagues who came to university, Istanbul suddenly decided to open Istanbul's first lahmacun oven in Gedikpaşa. In those years, Istanbulians realized that they did not know kebabs and lahmacun, and began to love them by offering them tasty lahmacuns to their customers.
