The story began in 1974 in the city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This was when the late Sheikh Shakoor Abu Ghazaleh felt the need of the public for high quality cuisine at a reasonable price, in an atmosphere characterized by cleanliness and friendliness through services characterized by speed and elegance. In this project, Shakoor has invested all his savings in the effort and continuous work. He has signed an exclusive agency agreement with a foreign company that allows him to use special spices and spices for the fried chicken. He first introduced the concept of broasted chicken in all markets in Saudi Arabia
