The Nutrition and Diet Center, commonly known as "Diet Center," was initially created in Lebanon in 1990 and was the first center in the Middle East to be dedicated to the nutritional health of the population. Like all great ideas, this one responds to a specific need, that of managing the eating habits of the Arab community. As such, we planned our menu according to the good nutrition guidelines of the American Dietetic Association and the American Heart Association.
