Kebabz & Bunz's is a franchise restaurant that specializes in providing its customers a fresher alternative to archetypal fried fast-food products with the convenience of fast-food with rapid response times. When Kebabz & Bunz founded its restaurant in 2011, the idea was simple: to demonstrate that food served fast didn't have to be a "fast-food" experience. The owner, Mr. Khamis Al Shamsi, hails from a native based family in Abu Dhabi, UAE wanted to introduce the Turkish Doner Kebab (much like a Shawarma – Turkish style), to the UAE and the GCC market.
