KEEPING IT SIMPLE:Here at Junkyard we focus on serving quality food, using only the finest ingredients we can get our hands on. We serve a variety of street food: burgers, hot dogs, fajitas, fries, wings, pancakes, shakes and much more. An understated urban theme of bricks, cement, and wood with dim lighting, matches the simple theme of our food. We believe in doing fewer things—but doing them better. For us, the name says exactly what we want it to; it says focus on the food itself, built around the idea that essentially what you love best about food is the taste. At Junkyard we understand that some of the tastiest food you will ever eat will be served on a BBQ grill or at a street-side stand whilst you hang out with good friends, We try to give you that experience and remind you of that. The name is meant to get you daydreaming of big portions of sides and sauces, all put on the best of in-house fresh preparation.
