Bill’s started out many years ago, when Bill Collison opened a small greengrocery in Lewes, East Sussex. A few year later, he transformed the shop into a cafe that quickly became more popular than he could ever have imagined. So he opened another one in Brighton. A couple of years after that, we started working with small local producers and suppliers, who shared our values, to create a small range of Bill’s own products. Today, we continue to work with independent businesses, that use only the very best ingredients, to create top quality products for us.
