The history of Dal Colle dates back to 1896 when Egidio Dal Colle decided to found the company. It was he who began to use a special ingredient in his products that will achieve enormous success over the years: the Mother Yeast. In Milan in 1925 he was awarded the gold medal by winning the title of "Wizard of mother yeast". Nowadays the fourth generation, Beatrice and Alvise Dal Colle, carries on the tradition of the great-grandfather with passion, determination and honor.
