The main activity of AS Loiri Pagar is the production of bakery products. AS Loiri started its operations in 1993 as a one-man company in relatively modest conditions. In 1996 another man joined the company and Loir became AS Loiri Pagar. Until 2002, AS Loiri Pagar made a pastry at the former legendary AU-8 production plant on the St. Petersburg road in Tallinn. As production conditions there fell short of increased production and stricter food safety requirements, in January 2002 Loir Pagar moved to new premises on Kadaka Road, where production needs were fully met. This is also confirmed by the approval decision issued by the Food Safety Oversight Authority, which granted Loiri Bakery its approval number 1543. On June 1, 2011 Loiri Pagarist AS became a private limited company. In this respect, no other company information has changed, only the company form. Over time, Loiri Pagar has expanded its product range. While Loiri Bakery started out as a manufacturer of breakfast buns, we now make a variety of other products, all of which you can find out here, or directly at Loiri Bakery Stores (see "Bread Shops"). Loiri Bakery has a firm plan to open its own stores in the future, where we would like to offer you a wide range of Loiri Bakery products.
