The main purpose of the establishment of Ekmek Unlu Gıda Factories established in 2008 is to meet the hamburger and sandwich bread, biscuit bread, panini, baguette bread and pizza dough needs of fast food restaurants within TFI. The construction of the first factory in which hamburger bread and sandwich bread and dough and biscuit production was made started in 2008 and production started officially as of February 2009. After the first factory was filled in capacity, the foundations of the second factory were laid in 2011 and completed in less than a year. Our second factory is one of the top in the world, and the production line is the 'combined line' which can produce both hamburger and toast bread.
