Birlik Baharat has been operating in Izmir since 1991. Having been working on Raw Coffee bean and spice varieties since the very first year of its establishment, Birlik Baharat has procured these products from the domestic market until 1996 and realized its wholesale sales. In 1996, taking into account the increasing demand in the market and the market share it had, the company started its import activities related to Raw Coffee Bean and Spices. As a result of the increasing volume of imports, it has made the necessary investments and has put into operation a 5250 m2 closed area storage and shipping facility in Kemalpaşa. Until 2005, she continued her studies on the raw coffee bean and spice varieties imported from the domestic market. When it comes to the 2005 harvest carried out in Turkey cumin, anise, bay, blue poppy, white poppy seeds, thyme, such as agricultural products, it has started its export activities.
