EDME is part of an expert family of food ingredients producers, overseen by parent company Anglia Maltings. Our main company site is located in Mistley, Essex. Most of EDME’s flours are malted from local East Anglian grain – a clear sign of quality. We supply malted ingredients to food producers in many countries, including the Middle East and African markets. Over the past century, EDME has grown to become a significant supplier of malt products to international markets – expanding our technical capacity and providing an increased focus on new product development for clients worldwide. Our team is one of the most experienced in the industry; we can bring you a wealth of experience gained in retail, food production, technical environments and sales. EDME was also recently named Rural Business of the Year by the Anglian Business Awards, recognising our commitment to local producers and significant investment in people.
