This reflection is the result of laborious work with large artisan brushstrokes that begins in the land, carrying out intensive cultivation adapted to the new forms of agriculture that are more respectful of the environment and continuously monitoring the harvest, putting the best conditions to obtain A great final product. Subsequently, the manual harvesting of the crop at its optimum point of maturation, discarding any mechanical method, its immediate transfer to the oil mill, the extraction of the oil, in two phases, at low temperature, its treatment with the latest technologies, its conservation in Stainless steel tanks with protective atmosphere and order-based packaging make Beneoliva oils a very special Mediterranean treasure. This result is found inside each of our bottles and is backed by the awards obtained in different competitions and the recommendations in gastronomic yearbooks and organisms related to gastronomy that we recommend. This work has materialized in the varied range of Beneoliva oils ranging from the fresh character and personality of the Oliben and BeneOlive lines to the special imprint of the El Almorsaero range, reaching the highest levels of ornamentation and excellence in the line of Jaime Rosell Senorío.
