PLAC (Produttori Latte Associati Cremona) is a cooperative that uses only Italian milk collected from its members distributed in the Cremona-Mantua-Brescia area which is transformed into Grana Padano PDO and Provolone. In our product range we also have Parmigiano Reggiano DOP in shapes and slices, provolone Valpadana DOP in shapes and slices, mascarpone and butter.
