Our company was founded in 1963 by our grandfather Yusuf Agu (1909-1990) and since 1967 we have succeeded in providing natural yeasts for our cheese, which we produced from beef, lamb, and Capricorn, to our dairy farmers who had been interested in producing cheese for 57 years. Especially in the seventies of the last century, our company, which has been rising in parallel with the rapid development of agriculture and animal husbandry in our country, has become a leader in its sector with the brand RUMELI MAYA.
